How much deposit will be blocked?
You can check the details of your reservation in the "my products" section of the MutuaMás App. The deposit amount will be blocked in your account on the day the reservation starts when you pick up the vehicle. When your rental period ends and it is verified that everything is fine, the amount will be unblocked in your account. Each rental company has a different deposit policy.

You can go to the pick-up office up to 6 hours after the start of your rental. Your reservation will be maintained at no additional cost.

How can I return the keys if the office is closed?
If the rental company is Centauro, you can return the vehicle during opening hours from 07:00h to 22:00h at all branches except Alicante airport (free of charge 24 hours) and Malaga airport (hours from 23:01h to 06:59h with an additional charge of 40 euros).
If the rental company is different, you can return the keys at the chosen office to return the vehicle. Leaving the keys at the counter or in the key drop box found outside the branch.
